The Platinum Club offers exclusive benefits to key customers of Data Select. Both manufacturers and Data Select themselves have invested heavily in developing the Platinum Club to ensure that the service delivers sustainable benefits to its members. The service is designed to be mutually beneficial to all parties involved; subsequently a certain level of commitment is needed from all Platinum Club members.

  • Other Commitments

    For the Platinum Club to succeed in delivering sustainable benefits there has to be complete transparency between all parties involved.

    Partners will be required to provide handset sales by providing reports on network connections and tariff details. This information will be used either for market research purposes or when invoicing for MSF. We will not require customer details such as name and address etc.

  • Commitment Time Period

    Commitment to the Platinum Club is for a minimum of 6 months. During this time the average monthly orders made by partners to Data Select must meet the quantity set in their Platinum Club agreement. After 6 months, Data Select will review activity with the Platinum Club members and if any partners have failed to hit their target, a meeting will be arranged to discover the reasons for this. This meeting will conclude with either one of the following outcomes:

    - There are factors which are out of the control of the partner (this will be taken into consideration on a case by case basis).
    - The customer will lose their Platinum Club member status and therefore not have access to the exclusive benefits.

  • Criteria

    To become a Platinum Club member, partners are required to achieve a set criteria:

    Existing customers of Data Select will be set a minimum monthly volume target which has to be achieved in order to receive the benefits. This volume target can come in the following forms:

                 - A set volume of units ordered per month.

                 - A set volume of spend with Data Select per month.

    By offering the two types of commitment, the Platinum Club allows for customers to tie in sales of accessories into their target. This allows for customers whose business is not predominantly driven by handsets.
